How to get started with solar?

FREE CONSULTATION
Receive a complete home energy analysis from one of our certified technicians. Based on your electric usage, the technician will design a preliminary system to eliminate your dependency of the grid and replace with solar energy.

DESIGN AND PLANS
A design request will be submitted to our certified engineer, who draws the plans for the solar system. The engineered plans will be submitted to the city for permits, who will approve them and permit the installation.

FINAL INSPECTION
The city will come and evaluate the solar system once installation is completed.
Plug It In Solar works directly with the city and utility companies to process all necessary documents in order to turn on your system and process your paperwork for qualifying incentives and rebates.

SITE ASSESSMENT
Our technician will evaluate your electrical panel, roof condition and surrounding areas for shading to ensure that the conditions are optimal for solar & there will not be any surprise costs.

INSTALLATION
Our professional solar and electrical installers will install your solar system. They are trained to complete clean and exemplary installation.
Plug It In Solar will be available to answer any questions during every step.

POWER ON
After the final inspection passes, our solar professionals will come turn your system on as well as set up your monitoring unit that will be accessible through mobile apps and internet. You will be able to monitor how much energy your system is generating and if there are any problems, you will be able to detect them easily.
